Gardendale Classical Academy enrolls students of any race or national origin to programs and activities of the school with all rights and privileges.  However, in the process of enrollment, the Academy reserves the right to exercise judgment in matters such as the following: No student may be enrolled in Gardendale Classical Academy if said student is involved in circumstances of crime, scandal, immorality, or any disruption which may pose a threat to the physical or moral welfare of the community, the Academy, or of other persons. No student may be enrolled in Gardendale Classical Academy unless both the student and both parents or guardians of same subscribe to the Academy's statement of faith and agree to abide by the policies and regulations of the Academy and Gardendale Church. No student may be enrolled to Gardendale Classical Academy unless said student is regarded as having reasonable hope of completing the Academy's educational program successfully.
